Nephesh (Hebrew Word) is most translated as "soul" in the body, but it also represents "life," "Holy Spirit," "mind" and "body."  A healthy Nephesh represents a healthy mind, body and soul; holistic health through faith. 

"Love the Lord your God" and "Love your neighbor as yourself."  These are the two greatest commandments.  However, we often times forget that in between these two big commandments there is the call to "Love yourself."  As people who love, when do we find time to love ourselves or see ourselves in the way God intended for us to see ourselves: Healthy, Joyful & Whole- true wellness can happen.
